Legge 19 marzo 1992, n.161

Act no. 161/1992 on registration of churches and religious societies, 19 marzo 1992.

Art. 1

The churches and religious societies which intent to develop its activities in the area of the Czech Republic, are registrated by the Ministry of culture of the Czech Republic, if:
a) registered with them at least 10.000 of full age persons, which have permanent residence in the area of the Czech Republic,
b) registered with them at least 500 of full age persons, which have permanent residence in the area of the Czech Republic and if these churches or religious societies are members of World council of Churches.

Art. 2

Registration or abolishment of registration of the churches or religious societies announces the Ministry of culture of the Czech Republic in written form to the Czech statistic Office within the 7 day after the decision of registration entered into force.

Art. 3

This Act enter into force on the day of its declaration.
